With it, your server will be included in our own custom–built server monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the critical processes. And in case of any service problem, our server admins will be notified instantaneously and they will rectify the issue ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of your data is compulsory – you never know when something would go wrong. And having ordered the Optional Managed Services offer, you will enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not just of your data, without you being required to set up and configure anything. And all the backups are held on a server with many RAID–configured hard disks. This implies that your content will always be protected, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a Linux VPS Web Hosting Package, you have absolute freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. Still, some scripts are harder to install and may require some extra setup from you. This is when our Optional Managed Services option will come in real handy. It includes half an hour of installation & troubleshooting procedures – which means you will be able to basically hire one of our trained server admins for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation of any software that you need. Or have him take care of an issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.
